Tuna Mini Burguers

This recipe is easy, healthy and deliciouuuuus, that’s why I love it so much. They are TUNA CAKES, but if you use larger proportions, they become TUNA BUGERS.


Ingredients Tuna Mini Burguers

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
½ a chopped onion
½ a crushed garlic clove (optional)
½ a cup quick-cooking oats (porridge style)
2 large eggs
½ a cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
½ a teaspoon of salt
¼ a teaspoon of black pepper
½ a cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 cans of tuna in brine
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Mix all ingredients, except the olive oil, in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Once hot, measure ¼ cup of the mixture if you are making cakes or ½ a cup if you are making burgers.

Fry the cakes 2 minutes on each side, until they turn a golden brown color.

Enjoy them right away!
